And so it begins…. Journaling Weight Watcher’s Progress

Hello all,

As most of my friends and family know I joined Weight Watchers on Jan. 12, 2006. It is my goal to lose a minimum of 80 pounds. I plan to chart my weekly weigh-ins and progress on this site. I know it will be a difficult task to lose this much weight but I know I’m ready to do it. I haveĀ a great friend, Deb who has become my WW partner and exercise buddy. Together I know we can reach our goals.
